🌿 柏子仁 —— 一味安神润肠的药，也是一道最耗心力的工序
你知道吗？
这颗小小的柏子仁，从原料变成药材，光是“去油”这一环，就要耗费 数日！

在何济明药业，我们以传统方法炮制柏子仁——每一步都为它“温润安神”的疗效保驾护航：

🔹 清洗：反复淘洗、去尘除杂
🔹 初蒸：温火蒸透，激发药性
🔹 初烘：轻烘数小时，降低含水率
🔹 打粉：磨成细粉，方便油脂释放

接下来是整道工艺最关键、最耗时的一步：

🔸 人工反复吸油去脂 ——
柏子仁油脂丰富，若不去净，不但影响储存，还易“滑肠不收”。
我们采用 “吸油纸层层重压”+“静置吸附” 的方式，
一次次吸走油脂，再换纸、再压……
每批都要 反复操作6–8轮，历时数日，
直到手摸不油、纸上不染，才算合格。

🔹 二蒸二烘：最后再蒸一次，让药性温润均匀，
再低温慢烘定型，确保稳定药效与保存质量。

🌿 Biota Seed (Bai Zi Ren) – The Most Gentle Herb, Made with the Most Labor-Intensive Process
You might be surprised—
It takes several days just to extract oil from Bai Zi Ren before it becomes a safe, effective herbal remedy.

At Ho Chee Meng TCM, we honor traditional craftsmanship to produce high-quality Bai Zi Ren with every batch:

🔹 Washing – Thorough rinsing to remove dust and impurities
🔹 Steaming – Gently softens the kernel to release its active compounds
🔹 Drying – Dehydrates the seeds to prepare for grinding
🔹 Grinding – Transforms into fine powder, helping expose the inner oil

Then comes the most time-consuming and crucial step:

🔸 Repeated Oil Removal with Absorbent Paper –
Bai Zi Ren is naturally oily. If not de-oiled, it becomes greasy, hard to store, and may over-lubricate the intestines.
We manually press the powder between layers of oil-absorbing paper, applying weight and repeating this cycle 6 to 8 times over several days,
until the powder is dry to the touch, oil-free, and fragrant.
