Bone health matters at every age—especially for women!

In your 30s–40s, your bones are at their strongest.

But from your late 40s to early 50s, hormonal changes can lead to faster bone loss, with up to 20% lost within a few years after menopause.

What is it?
Pain caused by prolonged poor posture → leads to muscle imbalance, fatigue & joint stress.

⚠️ Common Causes
• Sitting too long (desk work / phone use)
• Slouching or forward head posture
• Weak core & back muscles
• Poor workstation setup

🚩 Common Symptoms
• Neck & shoulder stiffness
• Upper / lower back pain
• Headaches
• Muscle tightness (especially chest & hips)
• Fatigue after sitting or standing

Understanding Bell’s palsy

Bell’s palsy is a temporary weakness or paralysis of the facial muscles, usually affecting one side of the face. It happens when the facial nerve becomes inflamed.

⚠️ Common signs:
• One side of the face drooping
• Difficulty closing the eye
• Changes in facial expression (smiling, speaking)
• Altered taste
• Sensitivity around the ear

🛠️ Early care matters:
• Medications
• Eye protection
• Physiotherapy & facial exercises to support recovery

‼️ Always seek medical attention if symptoms appear suddenly to rule out more serious conditions like stroke.

Sore after your workout? It might be DOMS.

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) is the muscle ache you feel 24–72 hours after exercise — especially after trying something new or pushing harder than usual. It’s common, but proper recovery matters.

✨ What can help:
• Light movement & active recovery
• Gentle stretching & mobility work
• Massage / soft tissue release
• Heat or cold therapy

If soreness sticks around or limits your movement, it may be more than just normal post‑workout soreness. Let a physiotherapist assess and guide your recovery.
