Assalamualaikum, hello monday!
Alhamdulillah done with my 5km briskwalk!
Pagi ni seperti biasa, my BW di bantu oleh my non-caffeine version of energy booster. Xsempat lemau dgn dua ni ya, hidu ja peppermint terus besar mata ni, otakpun jadi fresh & alert.
Ningxia Red p**a wajib first thing in the morning sebelum bersarapan, bukan setakat dapat boost healthy energy level tp help to repair & improve my gut health juga.
