Here are 3 simple stretches you can do in just 30 seconds to unlock your upper body and feel lighter, looser, and more energized — anytime, anywhere.

1️⃣ Side Reach Stretch – Stand tall, lift one arm overhead, and gently lean sideways. You’ll feel a glorious stretch from your armpit down your ribs. Great for tight lats and posture correction!
2️⃣ Shoulder Cross Stretch – Bring one arm across your chest and hug it with the other. This one’s a game-changer for relieving shoulder tightness and that nagging tech-neck we all get from screens.
