[COFFEE TALK: MEDIATION ON LANDLORD AND TENANT DISPUTE]

We are thrilled to present to you guys the sharing session we've conducted with our honourable speaker, Mr. Gurbinder Singh Gill pertaining on landlord and tenant dispute.

Last Saturday, our group had organised a mediation talk featuring Mr. Gurbinder Singh Gill.

Further discussions with Mr. Gurbinder Singh on how mediation works, what are the common disputes that covers landlord and tenant disputes and others have been giving us as well as the public with helpful answers to our questions.

We hope that by this sharing, the public can understand the importance and advantages of Arbitration Dispute Resolution and how it can help to resolve a dispute on landlord and tenant dispute without need the parties to go for court proceedings.

On top of that, we would like to thank Mr. Gurbinder Singh for his time as well as the public audience.

Greetings,

Today, at 2.00 P.M, we have conducted a recorded sharing session with Mr. Gurbinder Singh Gill. Throughout the session, we were having a good time while exchanging the question and answer pertaining to the matters on landlord-tenant dispute.

Mr. Gurbinder has shared a lot of insighful informations regarding to mediation and how it works which the law students as well as the audience will find it to be useful.

To sum up our sharing session, we gained so much on the benefits and advantages of Arbitration Dispute Resolution.

Did you know that mediation is an ideal approach to resolve most of the land disputes and to reach a decision which is beneficial to both parties.

Resolving the disputes by the court may take a longer time and hence, it is better to choose mediation where it save cost and times.

On top of that, the meditator in hearing your case will give their best advices to avoid being bias to both of the parties and it is also a completely private and confidential session.
