I used to have this mindset :
“if I eat more, then I will workout more, skipping the next meal, or even cutting out carbs and fats entirely in order to lose weight / body fat”. These methods work but I am not able to maintain it and feel sluggish and unhealthy throughout the process.

Thankfully 😍, I had learnt the hard way that achieving and *MAINTAINING* a healthy & fit body is not difficult at all by implementing 80% nutrition and 20% exercise , with 100% coach/community support 💪🏻. It is also satisfying to see my coachees learning from mine or their own mistakes and are happy with their results too 😍

if u need help too to achieve your body goals. There is still around 7 months to go before 2022 ends 💪🏻 let’s get our new year resolution set earlier this year tick off ✅ 🤩

Same person but different decision 🥦

I just want to let u know that “you and I” hold the key to a better self 💪🏻

One thing I learnt from left to right that to get healthy, it is not just about or . I know how it feels to get tired, overwhelmed with work and blaming yourself for not able to stay fit and healthy. , and are much more important 🌸

I believe in YOU more than you do to yourself ❤️🥦

I do not workout everyday nor eat clean/ little food and enjoy my food and life ❤️. The goals of achieving health / weight loss / weight gain doesn’t mean giving up your favorite food and lifestyle !

You don’t have to jog daily if you don’t like jogging (yes is me 😂) and you don’t have to cook if you don’t enjoy or don’t have time to cook (me too 😜) . What work best for long term consistency is work around your schedule and lifestyle. If it works for me, it can works for you too 🥦
