Many people will have problems to see how pants can improve this.

This is an X-ray piece I took last year. Those who will watch will see that my Lumber has left and rotation problems. (I wanted to say spiral ′′ crack ′′ when I was warming up with students one day last year. And the crack was wrong, and I was hurt! My back has been hurting for months. After watching a lot of Physio and chiro, it's not good.

Looking back at this picture I feel so happy and happy now..
Because I met the right product..
Why I'm joining this is one of the reasons.. my spine problem..

一个晚上!!!就一个晚上,竟然小了😱😱😱
这是我亲身体验
昨晚突然发现了一粒不知道什么来的
老婆说像是脓疮
也不知道为什么肿一粒
也不知道是不是打了疫苗之后
晚上就吃多2包
换上

过了一晚，
刚刚看一下竟然小了，缩了，扁了😱😱😱

来咯来咯！
第一次报告我开始服用SlendGlow 24天的进展!!
最近看到很多人的见证真的很羡慕🥰😍
可是一直没有勇气拍照，因为我只是区区掉了2kg
直到昨天心血来潮，量了一下我的腰围和臀围，再对比一下我的记录，吓我一跳!!!
腰小了10cm
臀小了4cm
手臂小了1.0cm
大腿小了2.5cm
迫不及待未等某人回家帮我拍，就请妈妈帮我拍了After的照片😆🥰
其实每月的这个时候，肚子都会比较大的
可是照片看起来还是比之前小了很多😊
虽然肚腩还在，可是现在
终于躺着肚子是可以平了😆😆
终于用力收紧肚子就可以让肚腩暂时消失了😆😆
没肚腩的人是无法明白这小小成绩的喜悦的😆😆
所以我真的很开心。
这24天内，
体重 64.7kg ---> 62.7kg
体脂 33.9% ---> 32.6%
内脏脂肪 6.0% ---> 5.5%
骨骼肌 25.1% ---> 24.9%
身体年龄 47yo ---> 46yo
虽然不是很震撼的成绩，也不是很快就瘦下来，
可是我很开心，因为
❣我可以开心享用我喜欢的美食
❣整个过程中我没有饿过肚子
❣没有不适感，比如心跳很快，头痛等等
❣没有拉肚子
❣只是会感觉有口渴，会喝很多水
❣胃口有变小了一点，可是不浪费食物的我还是把全部吃完了😅 吃到很撑🤣
虽然还是比理想体重重了5kg，我相信通过这个 体重管理计划 我一定可以在未来的两个月内达到我的理想体重的💪💪

肚子里面的肥肉终于和我说byebye啦！
体重下了3KG，肚腩从三层变一层！
我是从11-3-2021开始吃，到今天还没有一个月就有这样的成绩！
前面我都照常吃三餐，搭配大量的温水。
过后由于想尝试eat clean试一试，但也只吃晚餐而且是吃饱喝足的方式在eat clean🤣🤣🤣
#没有挨饿
#没有心跳加速
#不需要分餐前一小时还是饭后一小时
#吃饱吃一包就对了
