How to Increase Good Cholesterol (HDL)
The Mediterranean diet has never been so trendy, but it’s more than a fad—it actually works and has been especially important for good heart health! Try these tips on starting a Mediterranean diet today.
1. Start small. Eating a serving of nuts a day (about the size of a golf ball), particularly walnuts and almonds.
2. Try simple swaps. Use olive oil instead of butter.
3. Get a dose of fiber a day. Any plant-based food which includes fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and beans.

2. Find the sport that you will enjoy (找到你会喜欢的运动)

Skincare Tips for Hot and Humid Weather:
1. Update your skincare routine i.e regular face rinse, exfoliation or using soothing cleansers
2. Hydrate inside and out i.e drink more water
3. Increase antioxidants intake i.e Vitamin B3, E and C or high water food
4. Adjust makeup routine i.e adding SPF protection
5. Pamper your skin regularly i.e. using face masks, serums etc.
6. Wear the right sunscreen
7. Get enough exercise and rest
