Try Sahaja Yoga Meditation, it is a proven technique for stress relief and personal growth. The focus of the course is the experience of meditation, vibratory awareness, through guided meditation. We will share knowledge about the subtle system – chakras, channels, and simple Sahaja Yoga techniques to balance ourselves and help us to go deeper into our meditation.
