I Yoga Centre - Kota Premier Yoga Studio in Melaka specialize in Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Inside Flow Yoga CK is now one of only three Authorized Ashtanga teacher in Malaysia.

I Yoga Centre (Registration number: 003527100-H) is Melaka’s leading yoga studio. Our yoga classes come in a variety of styles, catering to all levels of experience from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our Co founder CK - a notable Malaysian Ashtanga Yoga teacher who received the blessing of Sharath Jois as an Authorized Ashtanga teacher in 2018. He has been teaching ashtanga yoga since 2019. Our yoga instructors here at I Yoga Centre are very knowledgeable and highly trained. All are graduates of registered Yoga Schools with a minimum of 200 hours of instruction. Many of our instructors have trained extensively in various styles of yoga, meditation, breathing exercise, intelligent sequencing and hands on adjustments to advance your practice with the right form and alignment.
