These two little ones are the heart behind Flourish 💛

Becoming a mom—first to my son and now to my baby girl—shifted everything. My first breastfeeding journey was harder than I expected, and my recovery left me with so many questions I didn’t know I was allowed to ask. It was through these raw, tender moments that I found my passion for supporting other women.

Flourish was born from a deep desire to walk alongside moms like you—whether you're preparing for birth, navigating those early days with your baby, or learning how to reconnect with your body after birth. As a physiotherapist with a special interest in women's health and certifying lactation consultant, I feel incredibly privileged to be part of your journey.

Because every mom deserves to feel supported, informed, and held. 🌿

Join us for a 6-class series covering everything from third trimester prep, labour & birth, newborn care, breastfeeding, and postnatal recovery.

Led by Midwife Sr Mariana () and Physio Sarah Swart (.physio) — a collaborative team with a shared passion for women’s health and lactation support.

🗓️ Ideal from 28–30 weeks of pregnancy (but later welcome!)
📍 Swakopmund Mediclinic Hospital – Training Room
🕕 6:00–7:00 pm | Two evenings a week (usually Tues & Thurs) over 3–4 weeks
