Join our 6-week Flourish Mama & Baby program, designed for moms and babies from 6 weeks postpartum (once cleared by your doctor).
Each 75-minute session includes 45 minutes of gentle Pilates-inspired movement to rebuild your strength, reconnect with your pelvic floor and core, and release tension — all while bonding with your baby through touch, play, and calm connection, followed by 30 minutes of tea, chats and support with your building community.
Hosted by Sarah - A Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women's Health, Pilates and Lactation Consulting.
