As women, we are holding a lot right now.
Responsibilities, expectations, emotional weight — often without space to pause.

In my work, I often see how capable, strong women become overwhelmed because they are carrying more than they were ever meant to hold alone.

That’s why I’m hosting a small, structured psychological group in Windhoek: HELD.

It’s a guided session where we will explore:
• emotional load and burnout
• people-pleasing and overfunctioning
• boundaries and guilt
• practical tools for regulation

The space is reflective, supportive, and professionally facilitated.
