One of the leading causes of Breast Cancer in modern society is alcohol abuse in women.
Reduced physical activity followed by overweight.

Yes, there is as well a factor of congenital (inherited) breast cancer disease. It is the minority of cases but definitely needs to be mentioned.

There are Specialists who can give advice in management and possible reduction should there be a family with an increased number of breast cancer disease diagnosis.

Breast cancer is still the leading cause of mortality in women today.
How can you be โ€œawareโ€ and find early invasive cancer followed then by early treatment which is lifesaving โ€“ actually prolonging a womanโ€™s life?

Out of experience we know as Specialists, medical personal and health workers through self-examination of the breast 90% of all changes in the โ€œbreastโ€ shall be found by the patient herself! May it be benign or even in the case of malignancy.

This should be the time for further investigation where the Radiologist indicates a Mammogram / Sonography even biopsy and further diagnostic like Computer Tomography or MRI for the diagnosis.

Here are a few simple ways to recharge:
