When you donate, you’re not just giving blood, you are giving someone the chance to see tomorrow, to hold their loved ones, and to keep dreaming.

BREAK THE SILENCE WITH RMA – IN PARTNERSHIP WITH Let's Talk Psychologists

Su***de can be prevented. Pay attention to signs such as withdrawing from others, feelings of hopelessness, or sudden mood changes. If you notice these in someone you care about, reach out with compassion and encourage them to seek mental health support, even a single conversation can make a difference. In Namibia, lives are affected every day, but together we can Break The Silence. Help is available, and no one has to face this struggle alone.
