Read the books, do your research, learn from those who have achieved and start as soon as possible. 3 months from now you will greatly thank yourself for it.

Start as soon as possible. Stop wasting time. Where you are is a result of your past actions, attitudes and behaviours. Adjust and implement towards your goals and dreams. Noone else will do it for you. In 90 days you will thank yourself for putting yourself first and for pushing yourself towards what you feel you deserve. Now get up and get results!

For most people, losing weight alone is not a good enough objective to achieve and follow through. Weight loss is a challenge that is only worth it if you see the bigger picture and have a bigger reason why you have to accomplish it. Your greatness is a good start. Start associating the overcoming of this goal as the first step to overcome other worthwhile challenges in life. Consider the Buddhist quote which says "he who has conquered himself has conquered the world". Basically what it entails is that if you cannot be disciplined enough to help yourself, you will never be in a position to effectively help others. It all starts with you and the belief that you have what it takes. That you have more to give to yourself and this world. That you are capable of great things and that you will dedicate yourself daily until these great things manifest.

This is an eye-opening revelation about our ignorance and how we allow it to get in the way of true success. The only true measure of our knowledge is the current results and fruits. If you really knew how to lose weight you wouldn't be overweight today. If you really knew how to make an abundance of money, you would be financially well off today. Challenge yourself to read at least 3 books on topics that you haven't acheived success yet. Get insights from people that have actually achieved what you are looking for, and then go ahead and apply it in your life. At the end of the day experience will always be the best teacher

You are the ultimate solution to every problem in your life. There is no them. Only you can get yourself to where you want from life. Stop giving other people power over your goals and dreams and stop blaming them for your failures. Take responsibility and resolve to do whatever it takes until you get it done. Just believe in yourself and just do it.

This might seem a bit harsh, but the reason you don't have what you really want from life is simply attributed to those 3. Before you blame others for your current circumstances, consider how entertaining one of those 3 is negatively affecting your life. Take courage and start tackling them one by one:
- Tackle ignorance by resolving to read 3 books related to the thing you lack but want to achieve some day.
- Regarding fear, put yourself in uncomfortable situations as often as you can, feel it and spite it by doing the opposite of what it tells you.
- Regarding laziness, force yourself to show up everyday to the gym or training whether you feel like it or not. Showing up is already getting the job half done. Force yourself to do something for 21 days strsight until it becomes a new habit.

You either wait or create. For most of you waiting is disastrous. All your life you have been waiting for other people to come through for you only to be continuously disappointed. Now I challenge you to change your focus and promise not to disappoint yourself any more. Promise yourself that you will do what it takes to create the results that you seek.

Many years ago before starting my self help journey, I didn't believe this quote. I always blamed external circumstances (money, family, personal problems etc) , and had too many insecurities at the time. Only when I got to overcome my weight issues in 2014 did I fully understand what it really meant. It means ONLY You are responsible for reading and getting the knowledge you need to succeed. ONLY You can apply YOURSELF towards your goals EVERYDAY for 60 - 90 days until you see the improvements you want to see. NO ONE else will sweat for you. Only you can free yourself from the life you don't want to live into the one you prefer. Now get up and get results!

Day 11. Progress. Had a few regrets from the cheat day but can't cry over spilt milk.. this is the true reality of weightloss, the ups and downs, the twists and turns... Just keep pushing...

Had my cheat day yesterday (Saturdays). Not a great idea if you are momentum oriented. However I also don't want this journey to be too serious and strict. After a lot of draught beers and pizza, ended up gaining 1.8 kilos in 1 day!!! πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ. Literally went from 97.9 to 99.7 kilos. Sometimes it sucks having genetics predisposed to weight gain, but you just have to appreciate what God gave you and work with it. Back to regularly scheduled programming. Let's get those results!

Day 9. No changes despite a night of heavy dry red wine drinking... Moderate alcohol and don't overdo it. Learn from my mistakes πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ

Day 8: Lost another 300grams. Now down to 97.9 kgs from 101. Slow and steady progress. Getting those results! πŸ’ͺπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘

Day 7: Surprisingly lost more weight in one day than expected despite drinking alcohol (Dry Red Wine) last night. Still keeping it low carb. Lost 2.8 kilograms in 1 week. Really proud of myself... Can't wait to see what the next 14 days have in store!!!

Day 6. Gained 600g after a feast at an Indian restaurant. Kept it low carb however wasn't too sure about the ingredients in their sauces and curries.. No worries though: it's the jellyfish motion that eventually gets you there.. Let's Keep Pushing!

Day 6 of the challenge. Gained 600g grams this morningπŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ. Went to an Indian restaurant the night before and ate my heart out. Kept it low carb but didn't know what ingredients they put in their curries.. Anyhow doesn't matter. It's the jellyfish motion that eventually gets you thereπŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š. Keep pushing!!!
