It’s been a while… sending a heartfelt message to anyone still struggling to stay in control around food. Since my journey began to figure out a way to get my life and eating habits back under control I learnt so much. I studied nutrition, habit change, emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, yoga, Ayurveda and all sorts. I’ve finally come full circle, knowing that I have the answers to your questions on how you gain back control around food.
It all starts by learning how our bodies work. And this is what I share with you here in my newsletters, written from the bodies perspective - because what if the answer to gaining control around food wasn’t in another plan, rule or restriction, but in hearing the story your body is trying to tell you.
