Khomas Loyalty Fund (KLF) is proud to announce the appointment of Jo-Anne Crossman as Chief Executive Officer.

Jo-Anne brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience in Namibia’s healthcare and financial services sectors. Most recently, she served as Principal Officer of Namibia Medical Care (NMC), where she spearheaded digital transformation, strengthened governance, and championed member‑centric innovation. Her leadership was recognised with the prestigious Diamond Arrow Award from PMR.africa for excellence in healthcare fund services.

She held senior roles at Methealth Namibia Administrators and Momentum Wealth Namibia, consistently driving growth, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

As CEO of KLF, Jo-Anne will focus on sustainable growth, operational excellence, and delivering enhanced value to members and partners across Namibia.
