As a Man, here are few reasons you are having a poor er****on or premature ej*******on.
1. No proper blood flow to the p***s. Why?

Until you address one of these possible causes, no matter the herbs you swallow, no matter the concoction you take, no matter the the ground nuts your wife fries, no matter the complaints or prayers, you will still have erectile dysfunction and even premature ej*******on . Stop looking for shortcuts and begin fixing your pathetic s*x life. Be informed.
HOW DO YOU FIX YOUR PATHETIC S*X LIFE?
MEN, Especially Men above 30:
• Eat ONE MEAL A DAY ( Start with 2MAD if OMAD is too challenging for your weakness to adhere. With time, the body will adjust.)
• First meal at 2 PM, last meal by 7 PM. Eat in respect to the circadian clock and diurnal behaviour of TESTOSTERONE.
• Mandatory prolonged 48 or 72 hours fasting every week. Give the body atleast a full day of no digestion so that it focus on healing and resetting hormones.
• Prioritize MEAT and EGGS. Let them be grass-fed, purely organic. Avoid GMOs.
• Fatty meats, Offal, Fresh Fatty Fish, grass-fed butter, ghee, tallow and shmaltz are vital, essential fatty acids for the cellular health and the synthesis of your important hormones like Testosterone and Growth hormone.
• Sugar and processed carbs are detrimental to your metabolic and hormonal health. Keep off.
• Sugar (fructose, galactose) means juices, sodas, energy drinks, honey, modern fruits, pausterized milk, and processed yoghurt.
• Fermented raw milk (Mursik, Clabber) milked from your cow is good for your gut. Avoid processed sour milk in supermarkets. They are useless.
• Wheat and cornflour are products of Bio-engineering. They have massive gluten and alien phytates, lectin, and alpha-amylase that inflame the gut, causing gut related inflammation and gut autoimmune processes like IBS and Celiac disease. They also have the addictive gluteomophine and amylopectins that fry the brain cells. Avoid them.
• Go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. Morning is preferable because of the optimization of testosterone, growth hormones, and glucagon. "I don't have time" is a cheap excuse, nowonder you are FAT. Please UNFAT. It's embarrassing for a Man to be walking like a pregnant woman. Have self respect.
• Have an intentional, credible gym training regimen. Stick to it. 45 minutes is enough. Focus on compound workouts. Avoid perfomance-enhancing powders. Remain natural.
• Run once a week. Preferably Saturday morning. 45 minutes of running is enough. If you are over 90 kg don't attempt running yet. Focus on walking more, 10,000 steps daily is a good start and 3 times a week in the gym.
• Walk barefoot, preferably on Sunday. 1 hour is enough. Walking barefoot on grass, earth, river, or puddle is called EARTHING. This allows harmful positive radicals to escape the body through the static electrical charging process and get neutralized when the earth donates its negative electrons to your body.
• Human beings are the only organisms that disconnect themselves from earthing. All other organisms do it. Have you ever seen birds perching on exotic trees? They don't. Just observe. Unless it is a hawk, an owl, or a snake on an eucalyptus tree preying for food from a vantage position.
Stop your excuses.
Don't listen to the bulsh*t advice from the corrupt modern medical system on issues of nutrition and Fitness as well as s*xual health.
What would FAT healthcare workers who are on treatment for chronic diseases struggling with breathing difficulties advise you ? They should fix themselves first. They must UNFAT first and fix their diabetes and Hypertension.
Reject mediocrity.
Go hard on yourself.
You are still young to be walking from one hospital to the other, seeking treatment for hypertension or diabetes.
Your family still looks up to you for support.
