Experience might be the best teacher, but she's not the kindest.
Look, we can go ahead and talk about healthy lifestyle, healthy dieting, and the need to cut down on synthetic drugs and replace them with natural things...
But I still know that a lot of people won't take it seriously until things get really bad with their health.
Most people are comfortable disregarding every advice that seems like stress, just as long as they're not feeling too bad.
A lot of people will never pay attention to their health, just because they feel okay now.
They'll continue to eat and drink anyhow, with little regards to how it affects them.
Some people are just too busy with work and every other thing, that they completely cannot afford time for medical checkup.
But when a chronic disease finally gets to them, you see the same people leaving everything behind, suddenly having the time to run up and down in search of magical solution, or suddenly having money to spend on hospital bills.
But ask the same people today to visit a hospital for a routein checkup, they'll say they're too busy.
Ask them to invest in simple supplements, or natural detox, or even a herbal tea blend, and they'll tell you they don't have the money.
That shows you the mindset that eventually leads people into serious problems. As long as they're not sick, there's no need spending money or time on their health.
Experience might be the best teacher, but she's not the kindest.
If you're waiting to have the experience of someone with diabetes, before you can pay attention to your diet or cut down on sugar intake, well, good luck with that.
If you're waiting to experience HBP before paying attention to your lifestyle and diet, good luck with that too.
When it comes to your health, stop waiting to learn from experience; because you might not survive long enough to learn the lesson.
Experience will definitely teach you; I'm just not sure the lesson will be palatable.
