Too sweet to keep... (By Nurse Nma)*

Hi Ma,

It’s actually not in my schedule to write you today since I already did that not quite long.

However, something interesting just happened this morning that I believe will encourage you if you get to know, or you can encourage someone with.

It was actually Nurse Nma that shared this amazing testimony herself.

If you have noticed, apart from testimonies of my past students that I shared on my website, I have not for once here shared any testimony like I'm about doing now.

There are some reasons to that, but here are two of those:

*1. I don't want you to* feel I'm just trying to convince you to get my Course....my own testimony should be enough to convince anyone to try my 4-step technique out.

*2. I take time to* compile the FINAL TESTIMONIES of my students since they come in batches, months or weeks later, when they must have put to bed.

By *FINAL TESTIMONIES* I mean that this people have used my Guide and it worked (not just that they enjoyed reading the material and watching the videos)

To be very honest with you, I am yet to meet one person who got my Materials and did not feel it was beyond what she had expected - not one person!

I feel so glad reading such comments every single time I did.

But, still, that is not my ultimate focus;

_*I want real result that you got putting what you learnt to work!*_

That is what has encouraged me to keep sharing my content with people everywhere, boldly.

So, this morning, someone just made my day with such kind of testimony (Note: she ordered my Course just before the Lockdown).

When she told me weeks after ordering my Course that she was really enjoying, I was happy o. At least, the money she paid to get the Course has been justified.

However, my biggest joy hadn't come as I was still waiting for this day, when she'd tell me she's put to birth.

Her case was a kind of a bit concern for me being that she told me she had tears the previous childbirth and was bothered if this would work for her this time.

Though I still told her mine was worse as I got a 3rd degree episiptomy in my first childbirth, yet I had it smoother the second time

Just this morning, she chatted me up that she has put to bed and that it was without tear – "No Tear", She stated....adding that my book really helped!

See a few screenshots of our chat:

I'm not even sure she joined our new Private Facebook Group to also get more value from other renowned experts.

I am so happy for her...

And I pray same experience or even much better for you Ma.

You Can Still Order Nurse Nma’s Guide Today.

So get it here. https://app.expertnaire.com/product/7226728341/6730900578

Ma, Try To Avoid This Mistake*

I just thought to know how you're doing, especially with your pregnancy...

*THIS POINT I’M ABOUT TO SHARE WITH YOU HERE IS SOMETHING YOU MUST NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT.*

Now, you know there's already a definite date for this journey – 9months
..so, everyday counts, and your baby isn't waiting as he/she is growing every second of the day...!

And hope you are really preparing adequately against childbirth injuries and the downside of it, and in other areas too, like finance?

*ACTUALLY, WHAT I WANT TO BRIEFLY SHARE WITH YOU HAS TO DO WITH FINANCE DURING THIS TIME YOU’RE PREGNANT.*

The area of finance is really one to budget well for and not joke with. No matter how rich your account is, if you don’t plan well for this you might find yourself trying to beg for what you can so easily afford.

Having money is one thing, getting the necessary things with it when you still can is something else altogether.

I realized that the challenge with the five foolish virgins in the Bible wasn't that they lacked money, but that they failed to invest when they still could.

Imagine at the point of delivery coming to realise that a major thing is needed that you can afford, but you can't find any medical store to buy it. Meanwhile, this is something you could have gotten all the while if you knew better.

So, you can have money but still find yourself stranded if you don’t accurately see to adequately prepare ahead.

If you are on the other hand facing lack financially, this is a time to begin planning and making some little savings.

Don't wait until the week of delivery to start thinking of what to do about that. That wouldn’t show you're wise.

And don't say, "It's my husband that that one concerns".

No.

Find time to ask him what the plan is, and try doing that early enough.

Once again, 9 months is quite enough time to prepare better – so you should have no excuses.

If you are working (you have a job), also know to plan so that, should money stop coming in while you're on maternity leave, you will still be very okay…

If you can do online jobs, find one that can help you develop yourself further while you also earn. If you need my recommendation on that, just send me a DM stating that you need our recommendation on the best online jobs to do from home.

LET ME END THE DISCUSSION BY REMINDING YOU SOMETHING IMPORTANT ABOUT LABOUR,…That Every Labour Demands Skill, And That The More Skilled The Less Stressful One Finds Things To Be.

It is just as Secondary School Economics captures the different kinds of Labour – unskilled, semiskilled & skilled…and you know which one rewards more.

Get skilled about labour now: https://app.expertnaire.com/product/7226728341/6730900578

*_"What have you been doing in this area since you got pregnant, except eating, gisting and sleeping?",_* I asked one of my Project Supervisee who happened to be pregnant – she is married o, so you don’t start thinking, “A Student!”.

*"What else should one in my condition be doing Ma",* was her reply.

That's sounded more like a student who thinks that all that matters is getting admission into the Higher Institution. But there are lectures to attend and assignments to get one engaged with if she must succeed.

So, I'd suggest you settle with anything keeping you away from what you should be doing NOW THAT YOU’RE PREGNANT. Pregnancy is a school of some kind.

What you carry inside is not an object but a life; start treating that life like he would be the king or she would be the queen. Settle with the issue of finance so that the additional responsibility of raising your baby after birth won’t be burdensome or overwhelming.

Also prepare so that you’ll feel strong after putting to birth, to properly nurse and nurture your baby well.

Don’t stay there complaining of no money only to spend much more later trying to manage the situation.

Do what helps. There is a saying that IF YOU THINK THAT EDUCATION IS EXPENSIVE, THEN YOU MAY NEED TO TRY IGNORANCE.

But I won’t tell you to try ignorance. I wish I can suggest an alternative to you, but I don’t know of any that has proven to work except this: https://app.expertnaire.com/product/7226728341/6730900578

_“One particular lady that later bought my Guide confessed that money was never her problem, but that she had thought I was being unfair with my price not until she changed her mind to buy when she saw my promo was ending, and finally saw what was inside”._ Nurse Nma once shared.

Almost everyone would think the same way who hadn’t understood the value involved and what this can save one from.

FIBER.
Fiber is a type of carbohydrate that the body can't digest. Though most carbohydrates are broken down into glucose, fiber cannot be broken down, instead, it passes through the body undigested. Examples of fibers are avocados, vegetables, apples, bananas, sweet potatoes etc.

Fibers increases the weight and size of your stool(sh*t😁) and softens it making it easy to pass, decreasing your chances of constipation.

CAN FIBER HELP REDUCE WEIGHT?
Aiming to eat 30 grams of fibers each day can help you lose weight, lower your blood pressure and improves the body's response to insulin. Eating more fibers can help reduce Belle fat.

There is an impressive list of benefits associated with a high fiber diet, like appetite control, digestive health, & improved immune function. Prebiotic foods (foods that induce the growth or activity of beneficial microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi) can also help with the absorption of minerals and may help build strong bones & prevent bone loss.

EPISIOTOMY (part 2)

PS: free gift at the end🎁💐

_______________________________________________

Vaginal cuts/tear during delivery are usually repaired/ stitched within an hour of your baby's birth.
These stitches should heal within a month of birth but here are some tips on

HOW YOU CAN CARE FOR YOUR VAGINAL INJURY.

🍼 To ease the pain, you can try placing an ice pack wrapped in a towel on the cut.
Do not place ice cubes directly on your skin as this can cause damage.

🍼 Pain killers such as paracetamol can also help relieve the pain and is also totally safe if you're breastfeeding.

🍼 Exposing the stitches to fresh air can help the healing process.
You can do this by lying on your bed for about 10-15minutes without any underwear once or twice a day will help.

🍼 Pelvic floor exercises can also help the healing process too.

🍼 As usual, you have to drink lots of water. Water is super essential as this would help avoid constipation and so pooping won't be so bad. Eat lots of fiber too

✨Going to toilet: this particular one.. hmmm..🤐
Anyways...

🍼 You may find squatting over the toilet rather than sitting on it reduces the stinging sensation when peeing..

Use warm water to rinse after and ensure it dry to prevent infection.

🍼 When pooping, you may place a clean pad on the cut and press gently to relieve the pressure on the cut.

🍼 Use a sq**rt bottle with warm water to clean.
Wipe from front to back to prevent bacteria from your a**s infecting the cut and surrounding tissues.(you have to keep the area clean and dry as much as possible)

🍼Look out for signs of infections like red swollen skin, discharge of pus or liquid from the cut, persistent pain or unusual smell... If this happens, call your doctor or midwife ASAP.

Asides this, you're good to go and the injury will heal in no time.

Now, Up to 9 in 10 first time mother's will have a tear or graze... I already explained why this happens in the part 1of this topic, check my previous post to see...

That this happens often doesn't mean it should be so...

If you have given birth and had a tear, it is important you try and prevent it from happening again because if you keep allowing it, you will weaken the muscles of your va**na wall that help you hold back urine and stool..

The condition is known as A**L OR BOWEL INCONSISTENCE.

I agree that childbirth is obviously never going to be easy, you only have to get smarter.
The more skillful you get at it, the less stressful.

Now, to celebrate the new month, I have a FREE GIFT for you.(Not for everyone tho, I'll pick randomly, just 50 mothers)

This *FREE COPY* on AVOIDING VAGINAL INJURIES AT CHILDBIRTH is a an excerpt from a full step by step guide by Nurse Nma (BSNc, RN, RN, Ed).

This guide is on how she managed to avoid childbirth injuries in her 2nd childbirth after suffering 3degree Episiotomy cut in her first childbirth.

The amazing thing is that she has even helped over 250 mothers (majority of whom it was their first attempt at childbirth) avoid these life/marriage threatening injuries using the same steps that worked for her.

She actually gave me right to share a FREE (Sample Module) where she explained a bit on one of the 4 steps required.

This isn't a fun topic but it needs to be talked about regardless.. A lot of pregnant mums are struggling to stand the risk of sustaining v*gina injuries during childbirth.

EPISIOTOMY (Part 1)

*This is going to be a two part series and you don't want to miss the next part*

So, back to what I was saying...
EPISIOTOMY is a surgical cut made in the perineum (area between the v*gina and a*us) during childbirth to ease delivery. Also known as VAGINAL INJURY DELIVERY

Yes, sometimes, you may need it especially if..

✅your baby's shoulder is stuck behind your pelvic bone

✅you need an operative va**nal delivery(use of forceps or a vacuum extractor

✅you or your baby is in distress and needs delivery to be sped up

✅Your baby is in breech position

Yes, it helps aid delivery but there are risks of damages not only to your v*gina but it can also impact on your marriage negatively.
Some of these risks may include:

*Infections
*Painful in*******se
*Large tear from the incision that may extend through the a**s
*Perineal pain (this isn't fun at all)

If you're worried about these risks, they can be totally avoided and not just by perineal massage.(some have done it and still complained)

Preparing for an injury free va**nal delivery isn't what you do by trial and error and I would love to show you an easy way to prepare for an INJURY FREE VAGINAL DELIVERY for your babies but I don't know if you'd like that?..

Now, after childbirth, your perineum would be swollen and red especially if you had an episiotomy... If you've had it, it's not the end of the world...YOU JUST HAVE TO CARE FOR IT and after sometime, you'll be fine...

TECHNIQUES THAT YOU CAN USE TO GET YOURSELF THROUGH THE PAIN AND DISCOMFORT OF CONTRACTIONS

Now contractions can happen all throughout the pregnancy and the type is the Braxton Hicks contractions.

There are great techniques to help you get through the birth contractions when the big moment finally arrives.

Now the best way to get through contractions is to first of all be in a place that is most comfortable for you.
And this is probably your home, before going to the hospital.

So if you can stay at home for as long as possible before going to the hospital and making sure there's adequate time before the birth, that's probably best. That also means you must make your home a comfortable place to stay, with the right atmosphere you create.

May I suggest you go through this part of the discussion together with your partner so both of you can learn about the techniques involved and he can learn how to help you with getting through contraction.

VIRGINITY

We were discussing females virginity yesterday and someone was like the only way to know if a girl is a virgin or not is that it's a must every girl bleeds during her first s*x and am sure the majority have the same mindset but this is wrong. Bleeding doesn't determine if a girl is a virgin or not so I decided to release this article to help educate our young men and women on this issue of girls bleeding during first s*x...

THE MYTH ABOUT FEMALE VIRGINITY -
why most women won't bleed the first time they have s*x. There's a very common myth in South and Central Asia (Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan etc.) and Africa (Nigeria and many other nations ) that you can tell if a woman is a virgin, by whether or not she bleeds the first time she has s*x. There is zero truth in this. Not all women bleed the first time they have s*x, as I'll explain in this post.

To understand why some women bleed and some don't, it's very important to understand what the h***n is. The h***n is a membrane that tends to cover part of the va**nal opening (it does not always block or cover the entire va**na, as some people mistakenly think). NOT ALL WOMEN HAVE A H***N. The h***n also differs from woman to woman - like all women have different heights and weights and features, all women also have different amounts and types of h***n. Some women have thick h***ns, some have very thin h***ns, and some women have NO h***ns at all. Some women have larger h***ns, some women naturally have a very little amount of h***n that covers only a small portion of their va**nal opening (and hence does not get in the way, during first-time s*x). In addition to this, the h***n wears away on their own as you grow up. For most women, the h***n wears away on their own with exercise, bicycling, horseback riding -it can wear off with pretty much any other physical activity, even dancing! - or from using tampons when menstruating. Especially if the h***n is very small or thin, most of it tends to wear away on its own as a girl grows up. If a woman is born WITHOUT a h***n, she won't bleed the first time she has s*x. If a woman has a small or thin h***n, she might not bleed the first time she has s*x. If a woman's h***n has worn away on its own (which is very common as girls grow up), she won't bleed the first time she has s*x. The result is that the overwhelming majority -at least 63% of women - will NOT bleed the first time they have s*x, according to a study published by the British Medical Journal. Women who do bleed include: - Women with thick h***ns (who constitute a small percentage of the population) - Younger girls. Because the h***n wears away on its own with time, a 16-year old has a higher chance of bleeding than a 25-year old. By the time a girl is of or above the legal age of consent - 18, 20, 24 years of age, for example - most of her h***n is likely to have worn away on its own, meaning it's unlikely that she'll bleed a lot, if at all.

However, even a young girl can be physically active, have a thin or small h***n, or have no h***n at all, meaning she might not bleed during first-time s*x. - Most often, women who bleed tend to be women who are dealt with roughly during s*x. If the guy forces himself inside the girl, when she isn't ready, relaxed or aroused enough, he is likely to cause injury or bleeding. Because most people think it's normal for women to bleed the first time they have s*x, they don't realize that this bleeding is a result of the woman having been hurt, and not of the h***n breaking Painful first-time s*x is generally because the woman is not relaxed or aroused enough, and gets hurt as a result; it is rarely ever because of the h***n breaking. The bottom line is that there is no way to assess female virginity. Bleeding does not have anything to do with virginity - it has to do with the kind of h***n a girl has, and h***ns differ from girl to girl from birth. The result is that only a small percentage of women bleed the first time! (Only 37% bleed during first-time s*x, according to the study published in the British Medical Journal.) Why is this so important to be aware of? Women all over the world get abused, injured and even killed due to the myth of 'virgin bleeding.
Because most people (men AND women) think that bleeding is a sign of virginity, women who don't bleed the first time have been divorced, suffered from suspicion leading to domestic violence and abuse, and even killed for honour.

Educating people that a girl does not necessarily have to bleed the first time she has s*x - because not all girls have thick h***ns, and some are born with no h***n at all - is important because it can save people.

BIRTH WITHOUT INJURIES!

How to give birth naturally without episiotomy or va**nal tear.

It is so sad and heart breaking that so many women experience injury (tear or episiotomy) during childbirth 😭😭😭.

Chances are quite high that a woman will have a tear or get an episiotomy whether or not it's her first childbirth and whether or not she has had it previously.

I had a first-hand experience of childbirth injury during my first childbirth that lasted almost a month after delivery. Hmm it is only better imagined!!!.

The fact that I am a Nurse and still faced this was not funny at all.

My case was worst because my wound broke down and I have to go for secondary wound closure and it was hell 😭😭😭.

Whether your baby is 3.5kg or 1.5kg in Nigeria, you are not totally free from getting an episiotomy. Whether it's your first time or fifth experience with childbirth, the possibility of getting va**nal injuries still remains.

Doing recommend exercises alone will not exempt you from suffering from va**nal injuries at childbirth.

Choosing a highly rated hospital does not guarantee your exemption.

Vaginal injuries during childbirth can be life threatening and marriage threatening also.
It could be life threatening if it is infected. It could be marriage threatening if it does not heal properly and becomes wider than you can imagine!!.

The greatest job any pregnant woman has is giving birth safely. So the better you prepare for childbirth, the more your confidence grows as your EDD approaches. Hi

There are some things you need to do as a pregnant woman and you will be so sure to push out your baby easily without cuts, tear or episiotomy 💃💃💃.

Those that followed the step by step guide always come back to thank me.

If you want to know how to give birth without injury and save yourself (1) the pain and (2)the money for paying extra for repair, contact me via WhatsApp
