While you are at home enjoying and eating with your family, let me tell you ways to age gracefully ππ

So, the following are to be taken in order to promote healthy aging and boost longevity.
1. ADOPTION OF HEALTHY LIFESTYLE : e.g avoid smoking, drinking of alcohol and taking risky behavior like multiple sèxual partners which could bring ( STIs/HIV/AIDS)and thus leading to Early tèrmination of life(Òbortion).
2. GOOD HABIT FORMATION : always keep fit, good looking,wear good tidy and comfortable dresses and shoes,visit saloon for hair cut ,wear cloths for adornment. Do what makes you happy and look good also do socially and culturally acceptable for your age.(age is in the mind ).
Do not wear moody looks. Laughter is said to be good and promote youthful looks. Cheer up even in the face of difficult challenges, your look goes a long way to determine you age. Skin care use of moisturisers or certain body creams for age forty and above.
3. EXERCISE REGULARLY : regular exercise keeps the body fit and active and AIDS better physical and mental health. Engage in regular, vigorous exercise at least 30 minutes,three to five times in a week. Exercise aids the nerve excitation,blood circulation, keeps joints from stiffness, etc and helps to eliminate toxins from the body through the skin as body sweats after exercise.
4. EAT HEALTHY AND BALANCED DIET : eat healthy foods e.g foods low in fat and cholesterol. Eat less of sugar , carbohydrates, carbonized drinks,etc. eat regularly small food e.g three or four times daily.
5. FRUITS : e.g oranges, pawpaw , bananas , lemons, pineapples, grapes fruits ,apples , carrots etc. fruits are better taken on empty stomach or twenty minutes before meal is good.

6. VEGETABLES (fresh leafy) : e.g spinach , cabbage, ugu, eat more of vegetables such as onions, tomatoes etc. avoid overcooking vegetables.
7. CLEAN WATER : Drink plenty of clean water. Drink green tea, a cup daily is helpful and also reduces the level of bad cholesterol in the blood, it also helps to reduce the harmful effects of ni****ne ( in heavy smokers).
8. SOCIALIZE : Mix with peer groups that are culturally and socially acceptable to your age.
9. REGULAR CHECK UP : Visit your doctor for medical check ups for your concerns or problems.
10. KEEP HEALTHY HOMES : live in a good home environment free from noise or environmental hazards with facilities conducive for living.
Desire to age with dignity by planning and preparing early enough for old age.
