MEDICAL AWARENESS: HEALTHY PREGNANCY JOURNEY 🤰🩺

Pregnancy is a natural and beautiful process, but it requires proper medical care from the first day until delivery to ensure the safety of both the mother and the baby.

First Trimester (1–3 months)During this stage, the baby’s organs begin to form. Mothers may experience nausea, vomiting, tiredness, and hormonal changes. Early antenatal registration and taking folic acid are very important to support the baby’s development.

Second Trimester (4–6 months)The baby continues to grow, and many mothers begin to feel fetal movement. This is a good time to maintain regular antenatal clinic visits, eat balanced meals, and monitor blood pressure and hemoglobin levels.

Third Trimester (7–9 months)The baby grows bigger and prepares for birth. Mothers may feel heavier, experience back pain, or have difficulty sleeping. Close medical monitoring helps detect complications early and prepare for a safe delivery.

Important tips for a healthy pregnancy:
✔ Attend antenatal clinic regularly
✔ Eat nutritious and balanced meals
✔ Take prescribed medications and supplements
✔ Get adequate rest
✔ Avoid alcohol, smoking, and harmful drugs

Note:
A healthy pregnancy requires good nutrition, proper medical care, and regular monitoring. Early care and awareness help prevent complications and support the birth of a healthy baby and mother.
