A friend of mine is in a really tough situation:
Years ago, while she was in school in Nigeria, she had a child and left the baby at the hospital. Both parents were not aware of the pregnancy,She hasn’t seen her child in 14 years.
Recently, the father, who lives abroad, contacted her on Facebook. He said she could see her 14-year-old son, who also lives abroad… but only if she pays 5 million.
She is now married, lives in Nigeria, and her husband is well-off and abroad.
Her question: Should she pay 5 million to see her son, or wait until he grows up and they might meet naturally?
