REMEDY FOR FAST HEART BEAT AFTER A LITTLE EXERCISE

Some people can't walk for 5min, their heart will be beating very fast, even if dey talk too much.

Get plenty OROGBO (BITTER KOLA), fresh one, grind it, put it inside 2 or 5Litrs, (depend on how plenty u want it), add warm water and cover it for 3days. After 3 days, half stainless cup twice daily. It works wonder!
