STOMACH ULCER AND HEART BURN
A sore that develops on the lining of the oesophagus, stomach or small intestine. Ulcers occur when stomach acid damages the lining of the digestive tract, Common causes include the bacteria H. Pylori and anti-inflammatory pain relievers including aspirin.
The most common symptom of a stomach ulcer is a burning or gnawing pain in the center of the tummy (abdomen). But stomach ulcers aren't always painful and some people may experience other symptoms, such as indigestion, heartburn and acid reflux and feeling sick.
Mode of action of ALLSASIL SYRUP:
Synergytic action
Acid neutralization of alkaline phytochemicals of the herbal extracts like Allium sativum, curcuma longa
Proton pump inhibitory activity of some phytochemicals (Ocimum gratissimum) brassica oleracea.
Histamine 2 receptor antagonism (Curcuma longa, ocimum gratissimum, Brasssica oleracea).
Antioxidant benefits of the phytochemicals (Taraxecum officinale, Allium sativa, Syzygium - aromaticum and cinnamonum verum).
Antibacterial effect of the herbal extracts on H. pylori (Allium sativum, ocimum gratissimum, curcuma longa, syzygium aromaticum).
Gastroprotective effect (mucogenic benefits) of extracts (Taraxecum oficinale, ocimum gratissimum, curcuma longa, brassica oleracea, cinnamonum verum).

Mechanism of Action
The herbal blend promote digestion and absorption of nutrients through a catalytic enzyme complex mechanism.
Cyproheptadine blocks free histamine from binding at HA receptor sites, leading to reduction of the negative symptoms brought by histamine HA receptor binding.
Cyproheptadine antagonizes serotonin on the appetite center of the brain's hypothalamus thereby stimulating appetite.
Decrease In appetite is a first sign of zinc deficiency. Besides zinc increase immunity and boast recovery from disease state.
Thiamine plays major role in regulating and fullness cues in the brain. Inadequate stores of thiamine can disrupt how well this process works, making you feel full even when you may not actual be. Thiamine deficiency induced Anorexia by inhibiting hypothalamic AMPK.
Contraindication
ADDweit is contraindicated in newborn or premature infants and those hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, angle-closure glaucoma, stenosing peptic ulcer, symptomatic prostate hypertrophy, bladder neck obstruction and pyloroduodenal obstruction.
Caution
May diminish mental alertness or cause dizziness in elderly, hence patients should be warned about driving or operations of machine or activities that involve mental alertness. In some cases it may elicit excitation particularly in children.
Drug Interactions
Their antihistamine /anticholinergic effects are prolonged by MAO inhibitors.
May have additive effects with alcohol and other CNS depressants
