quickly.

They also contain Vitamin A & K and they are good for your eyes.

So what I’m saying is…

Try eating carrots as snacks in between meals for better eyes and body.

REST! REST!! REST!!!

REST! — don't kill yourself with stress.

Stress is a slow killer. It kills slowly without someone noticing it.

Please, don't die before your time — REST!

Rest is very good for your health. Consistent resting is very good for your total well-being.

When some people claim to be resting, they're still working themself up mentally and emotionally.

When you rest, take worries and anxieties away from your mind.
