THE K!SS OF LIFE

I call it k!SS of life because,it has saved a life before and have I done it ?, yes I have.

CPR is one k!SS that has saved lives and it's still saving life.
CPR also know as cardiopulmonary resuscitation is the first Aid given to an individual who just experienced or is about to experience heart attack before the ambulance get to the location or before the patient is taken to the hospital.
it is the only method approved by AHA (American Health Association) for non medical personnel to issue to an individual by who is having a cardiac arrest.

PROCEDURE TO ISSUE CPR TO A PATIENT

When the crisis has started,call your emergency number.

1. Sit the patient up with his or her head high, knee raise to equal length with the chest.

2. Support the back with a pillow on a wall.

3. Check for pulse and breathing for at least 10 seconds.

4. If he has no allergies, administered 300g of aspirin to the patient, if he or she has,skip.

5. Do a chest compression at least 5 times for the patient if the breathing comes as interval, it will help his chest to swell .

6. Issue the k!SS of life,give the individual a mouth to mouth respiration,to activate brain function,and restore nerves that helps in irritability.

7. If the patient doesn't respond,do the chest compression at least 30 times and this time do it harder and issue the mouth to mouth respiration again before your health care provider arrives or before you get to the hospital.

The might not be the total solution but it helps the patient stand a chance to survive again.
This is approved by AHA (American Health Association), for individual who are not medical practitioner to administer to patient who has cardiac arrest before taking him or her to the hospital.

Most people always have an impromptu crisis ,but as much as heart attack is unpredictable,these are some of the warning signs of heart attack.

ESCAPE UNHEALTHY HABITS.(Why is your heart beat very short ).

Have you ever,wondered why you feel so swollen, uncomfortable, nauseous and your heart beat races like it's in a competition.

I know why.

Do you know that eat a large portion of food at once is very dangerous to your system as these mount so much pressure on your intestines,expands your stomach size and compresses the organs in your body,cut your blood flow, making it impossible for food to digest and your body system functions properly. This what we call "intestinal Go slow".

Mounting pressure on your intestines causes

* Discomfort to your whole body
* Sulphur burps
* Bloating
*Kidney stone disease
*Nausea ( vomiting)
* Diabetes type 2.

NOW DO YOU WANT TO STOP EATING TOO MUCH FOOD AT A TIME.

ARE YOU WONDERING IF IT'S POSSIBLE ?

YES IT IS BECAUSE I DID IT,YOU CAN ALSO DO IT.
The solution is learning to portion your food.
You can still eat your food but this time you can break it in time and portion.

The smaller the portion of food, the smaller the time frame.
Your time frame can be 30 minutes,1 hour or 2 hours interval.

Doing this helps reduce the size of your stomach,and helps your organs and system relax and stay in good position and this in turn keeps you healthy.

ESCAPE UNHEALTHY HABITS

Sedentary lifestyle is a No No for one who wants to look young and healthy.
My people ,to seat down one place for so long na disease ooh.
Living a sedentary life is a quick way to die because it reduces the flow of blood that passes through your veins to ensure proper functioning of your system.

* Pulmonary embolism

* weakened muscles.

*Cardiac arrest

* Stroke

* Diabetes

* Obesity and excessive weight gain

* Poor sleep ( insomnia)

* Respiratory problems etc.

These and more are what living a sedentary lifestyle can cause.

Escape these unhealthy habit by taking a walk of atleast 300 steps a day.

Make use of your muscles at least once in 2 hours daily.

Take lots of water to help the proper flow of blood in your body.

If you are already suffering from any of these due to sedentary lifestyle, it's a good thing you know.
Please visit your doctor for medication and guidelines of how to pull through while you go with the tips I gave to help your medications work faster.

Our health goal is to escape unhealthy habits to look fresh and live long in 2025.

I know we all have our goals well planned out financially,to secure our financial freedom in 2025.

Now let's get down to business,what are your health goals.

Setting health goals is as much important as setting a financial goal.

Setting health goals reduces your risk of going through 2025 and
ending it with a zero account due to illness.

REDUCED BELLY FAT WITH PHYSICAL EXCERSICE.

I am aware of how having a large belly can affect your shape and alter with your confidence,but there is a way out.
Yes dear, your belly fat can be reduced without you going through physical excersice.
Even though,physical excersice fastens the process by 25% more than not going by physical excersice.

1: Take one glass of your weight loss tea every morning and one glass every night.

2: Never leave a sedentary lifestyle, always get busy with your hands and legs.

3: Avoid carbonated drinks and alcohol as this store glucose in the stomach there by causing bloating of the stomach , instead take sifter drinks, fruit juice and water more often.

4: Avoid taking a very Large portion of food at a time.
Portion your food little by little to reduce the pressure on your digestive system.

5: totally avoid late nights food, dinner should be taken latest 6pm.

6:Eat lot of fruits but not at a time to avoid bloating.

7: wear air free dress to help out.

8 : Eat more of leafy greens with less amount of oil.

9: lastly be consistent with all the guidelines written above.you won't archieve anything without consistency.

YOU HAVE A CHANCE

Yes I said you have a chance of getting pregnant even with fibroid in your uterus.

When an egg is been fertilizer by the sperm,after 4-6days of forming an embryo, it's moves few distance away from the ovaries and goes to implant at that position for growth.

When fibroid grow at the upper layer of your uterus or the second ovaries you have chances of getting pregnant but it's going to be a delicate pregnancy as you will have to visit the hospital on a regular basis to ensure that fibroid doesn't grow towards the region of the foetus to avoid complications.

If the fibroid is growing on two areas of your ovaries or on the same spot the embryo is implanted then , the only option is a caesarian section and you are fine.

Most importantly keeping a healthy mind and being a happy soul plays a very vital role in getting pregnant .

Women with vitamin D deficiency have a higher risk of fibroid.

It's doesn't totally take away the fibroid but it reduces the growth of fibroid tissues in the uterial cavity( uterus).

According to myclevel.clinic.org, research has it that 50 women were diagnosed with having fibroid and they placed them on vitamin D for 2-3 months and the there was a drastic reduction in the growth of the fibroid and hence this woman can conceive,by 40 percent chance.

TIPS ON HOW TO HANDLE VAGINAL ODOUR.
vaginal odour are of two types.

Permanent and temporary vaginal odour.

Temporary vaginal odour can be causes by the following
1: menstruation: the vaginal tends to smell like metals because our blood contains iron.

2: urine and sweat: the vaginal tends to smell like concentrated urine,or ammonia and this happens when there is less water content in your body.

3: poor hygiene can make the vaginal have a fishy smell.

4: Allowing feaces particles to enter the vaginal from the re**um.
This can be a rare case but it happens.

Proper hygiene during ovulation, menstruation and when using the rest room is very important in handling vaginal odour.

* Take a lot of water.

* Wear breathable cotton underwear.

* Invest in taking garlic extract made at home or you can get garlic capsule for the pharmacy.

HOW TO HANDLE VEGINAL ATROPHY

Veginal Atrophy mostly called vaginal dryness is a caused by a reduction in your estrogen and progesterone levels as a woman.

It mostly occurs in women approaching menopause, but young ladies also experience it. This can be really discomforting and painful because,it makes the veginal less elastic and weakens the walls of your veginal.

Symptoms are:
1: itching and burning sensations in your V
2: painful ###
3: bleed during ###
4: discharge in crumb like form.
5: frequent and painful urination.
6: low ### drive

This can be handled by taking certain fruits and food that has the necessary vitamins to remedy this issues.

Avacado pear
Watermelon
Spinach
Carrots
Apples
Red grapes.
Yoghurt
Groundnut
Salmon fish
Olive oil
Coconut.

Note: please avoid taking drugs to handle V dryness as it reduces more of your V flora and causes more dryness and increase in yeast.
