You see ehh! This thing About weight loose has a lot to do about DECIPLINE.
And as a lover of bread I used to be indisciplined about itπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

Before I started having children I can eat bread eh! Infact in a day I can finish a whole loaf of bread 🍞
I eventually became a bread addict, yes you heard me Right.
But I need to do something About it expecially since my body has started undergoing a tremendous change (child bearing)
So I started reducing the then amount of carb I consume expecially bread.

The last slide will show you how I eat bread and check next post on how I combine it with egg to make it more nutritious.

Normally I would have dressed in an African print dress, but since I joined a group of workers in church, we are been told what to wear, of which I don't mind.
This particular shirt, is one that I really like, mostly because of the colour, and was gifted to me by a dear friend.

ME: work out nah!
BABE: Ha!
Me: so when are we starting?
BABE: I have already started nah!

BABE: YOU DON'T KNOW HOW BUSY I GET EVERYDAY MOVING FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER, THE STRESS AND WAHALA OF DAILY HUSTLING.AND YOU KNOW THE Nature of my job includes moving around.

But how does that translate to working out now πŸ€”πŸ€”
Please if you belong to this school of thought that believe that stressing yourself is a form of exercise, .you have been thinking wrong.
Listen to
Stress doesn't translate to exercise, as a matter of fact stress makes you add weight. If your nature of job is moving up and down that doesn't translate to exercise too.
