Hi, I'm Manjaja Difur, and I'm on a mission to heal Africa, one mind at a time. I'm a psychotherapist, writer, and passionate advocate for mental health and empowerment.
I'm the founder of Sense Connect Africa, a vibrant community empowering thousands of African youth to reclaim their pride and influence. Through storytelling, advocacy, and collaboration, we're shaping the future of our continent bit by bit.
Inspired by my own experiences and a deep sense of purpose, I founded Ebenezer Kids' Academy, Daika in 2016 to provide a nurturing environment for young minds to flourish regardless their parents' inability to afford their school fees, like my own parents back then. I had to close the school years later due to inability to financially sustain such a charitable cause.
I have taught at Sunshine Int'l School Jos/Mangu and several other schools. Riding on the same tide, I currently teach partly at the University of Jos, Nigeria and the fora and trainings of S.C Africa on both local and international levels.
As the Lead Therapist at Afri-Calm Psychotherapy, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through their mental health challenges with compassion and innovation. My approach is rooted in empathy, culture and a profound understanding of human behavior.
Hosting the Sense Connect show on KT 103.9 FM, Jos gave me a particular spark and I'm looking foward to doing more on radio and TV as it concerns mental health and business.
Beyond therapy, I'm a creative soul with a love for music production, graphic design, and web development. My creative pursuits serve as outlets for self-expression and connection, enriching my holistic approach to healing.
