Another day to throw it back to the project executed by INAI aimed at developing nutritious and culturally suitable for school aged children enrolled under the National Homegrown School feeding program (NHGSFP) in Kano, Ogun and Osun states.

Through a collaborative effort with TechnoServe TechnoServe, we developed and evaluated seven brown rice recipes—four of which were selected for their exceptional nutritional quality, cultural relevance, and sensory appeal.

In rounding up, let's throw it back to the project highlights of INAI's project in the four CASCADE States - Bauchi, Kebbi, Jigawa, and Nassarawa.

Over 160 private service providers across four Nigerian CASCADE states have benefitted from the INAI's training. Our holistic program equipped participants with essential nutrition knowledge to foster healthier eating habits.

The CASCADE program employed pre- and post-training evaluations to assess its impact. These insights enabled us to enhance our methods and ensure food vendors grasped core nutrition principles effectively.
