So I tried something new in the kitchen this week… and I kind of wish I did it earlier.
I added Soya Plus to my banana bread. The taste was divine, the bread was a soft, moist loaf that my kids actually asked for seconds.
I’ve been trying to make our snacks a little more nourishing (especially with how much junk is out there these days), and this felt like a small win. It’s just soya bean powder but it adds protein, fiber, and nutrients without changing the taste.
If you’re like me always trying to make sure the kids eat well without making it obvious this is something you might want to try. Even for swallow sef, it blends well.
