NIC exist to train Trainers, in the Care industry to give the best-needed care services to the vulnerable regardless of demography, age or condition of help that is needed.

Also, the care for the senior citizens who have given all in the service of their loved ones and the country at large, we believe it’s time to give them the best care needed as everyone will one day need the same best care.

Caregiving is gradually taking shape in Nigeria, as in other African countries. We have come to realize that the IT world and the health sector are the two industries that will outlive man as we sojourn-on, on earth. The possibility to get old and eventually die is certain and it’s a stage everyone dreads except very few people. With that in mind, we want to take good care of ourselves anytime we are sick while going old and there are a growing population of people that needs special care in various ways.

The urge to fill this gap is the main reason that motivates us to delve into the Care industry. Apart from the fact that Health and social care is an employment sector where one’s daily work makes a touchable difference in people’s lives, it is a passion for us and we have come to see and know that a caregiver is positively affecting residents who have a range of challenges and their relatives are likely to appreciate, support every dedication put into the care of their loved ones.

Caregiving is necessary, important and appreciated and it can boost one’s motivation amidst a challenging job.
