The symptoms of early pregnancy includes
I. Missed period

v. Morning sickness.
less common signs of pregnancy are :

MISSED PREGNANCY
The most common and obvious sign of pregnancy is a missed period. Once conception has occurred, your body produces chemicals (hormones) that stops ovulation and the shedding of the uterine lining. This means that your menstrual cycle has stopped and you won't have a period again until after your baby is born.

But missing your period is not always a sign of pregnancy, this can also occur as a result of stress, excessive exercise, poor dieting, hormonal imbalance etc.
