our trauma Game Cards create safe conversations because not everyone knows how to start a conversation around what happened to them

Some experiences are too heavy to explain easily, that’s why Trauma Game Cards exist, to gently guide expression without pressure or judgment.

Healing doesn’t always start with answers.
Sometimes it starts with the right question

3 odd things the average person says when you recommend therapy

📌 Therapy is only for depressed people

📌 If I have money, will I be sad

📌 So, I should pay a total stranger to listen to me, what if I break down, the stranger would see me crying

Now, therapy is not just for people battling depression, you may have traumatic experiences, you may be stressed and frustrated and you might be taking it out on your people, you might be grieving, there are lots of life circumstances that would require you to see a therapist

Lack of money is not the only reason why people get sad or depressed, a lot of wealthy people are depressed

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being vulnerable before your therapist

Tell us in the comment section, what other odd things do people say when you talk about therapy

Behold our beautiful and amazing Ambassador at Kedu, Lady Agnes A. Anyaogu; founder of Agnes Anyaogu Foundation ! 🔥

She held a 2026 strategic session last week Saturday, helping like-minded adults position the mental foundation and resilience to work out their goals this year.

This strategic session was held in the city of Abia state, and it was an absolute success.

At the end, there was an affirmation session to manifest positive mindsets towards the goals set by individuals.

Well-done, ma'am, on the great work you are doing! You are a beam of hope and courage. Congratulations on a successful event 👏

I kept saying I was fine but my friend didn’t believe me. I mean, I was showing up at work everyday and I wasn't suicidal

Every time she asked, I gave the same answer.
“I’m okay.”
“I’ve got it.”
“I’m fine.”

But she saw the cracks I kept covering, the mood swings, the constant exhaustion, the way I minimized everything that hurt.

One day, she sent me a message:

“I booked a therapy session for you. You don’t have to go alone.”
I laughed it off at first because does she think I'm crazy

I almost declined but something in me was tired of pretending.

That session didn’t judge me,it didn’t rush me, it simply allowed me to speak honestly and for the first time in a long time, I realized I wasn’t weak, I was overwhelmed

Sometimes we need people who love us enough to hear what we’re not saying and that's a therapist

If someone you care about keeps insisting they’re fine, or if that someone is you,
therapy can be the support you didn’t know you needed.

Name-calling is not harmless, it shapes how people see themselves, how safe they feel, and how they move through the world.

What may sound like “just words” can quietly damage mental health over time.

Words can heal or break, let yours heal

Choose kindness always.

She was a child... quiet, curious, still figuring out the world, but people decided who she was before she ever had the chance to.

At home, her appearance became the excuse. At school, her pace became the label.
“Dullard.”
“Sluggish.”

They said it so often that it stopped sounding like insults and started sounding like her name.

She grew up carrying those words. She second-guessed herself before speaking. She shrank herself in rooms where she should have felt safe. Every mistake felt like proof that they were right.
Even when she achieved something good, the voice in her head whispered, “You don’t deserve this.”

That’s how name-calling works, it doesn’t just hurt at the moment, it rewrites how a person sees themselves.

She survived. She grew. But healing meant unlearning years of words she never deserved to hear in the first place.

Before you call someone a name, remember:
children grow into adults and words grow with them.

Choose kindness.
Because your words may become someone’s inner voice.

I used to think that mental health wasn't important until I realized that I needed to take care of my mental health as much as I took care of my physical health

These days, I guard my mental health jealousy, I block things that trigger me, I ignore people that intentionally threaten my mental health...you should do the same too.

This week, take care of your mental health
