When I was younger, I derive a high level of joy watching my family and family friends enjoy what I cook, sometimes, I forget to scoop out my own portion of food because of the joy, I'm always happy when my food comes out really good especially when I hear my mum say "baby girl, cook us this same sumptuous meals of yours next time pls" I noticed every one in the house is happy especially when it's my turn to cook, that was how my passion for the kitchen started. There was a particular Christmas my mum had to attend a program in church because she was a worker, and that means she won't be available to make Christmas rice and stew, you know how village Christmas look like, you have to cook a large quantity of food to share for friends, neighbors and enemies🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 that was my first time to make such a large portion of food, she called me and said, my baby I trust you, just cook it.. She handed the chicken which my big brother helped me to slaughter, before she came back from church I was already done with the stew and chicken. Guess what? My daddy pounced on the fried chicken like he was having such a meal for the first time, when my mum got back, the aroma was every where and she started singing my praises, I was nothing less than over excited, when she opened the chicken, she screamed, "ah, how can this be all the chicken you fried abi did you hide any? I smiled and pointed at my dad, my mum had to taste from it too and immediately she laughed, no wonder my husband wanted to finish all, that was how my dad bought two more life chicken the following day, got it slaughtered and handed it to me to produce exactly the same taste from the previous day,.. I was so happy, I never imagined I would be given opportunity to cook Christmas food at such a young age, very early in the morning my white rice was ready, plus the additional chicken I worked on, everyone who ate the food taught my mum made it, thank God my mum and dad kept singing my praises, it our daughter's food
