🩺 Constant tiredness could mean:
Anemia (especially common in women and children)
Poor sleep (due to stress, noise, or screen time)
Malaria or chronic infections
Uncontrolled blood sugar
Dehydration
✅ What you can do:
Eat foods rich in iron like beans, meat, and green vegetables
Sleep 6–8 hours daily
Drink plenty water
Check your blood level and sugar if tiredness persists
