HEALTHY TIPS
1. Your daily meals should not be more than two meals a day. Except you are involved in an intensive demanding job.
2. If you must snack, then let it be fresh natural fruits or vegetables like coconut, carrots, cucumber, mango, guava or any seasonal fruits.
Patronise those that grow locally around you. Why kill your pocket looking for Apple, kiwi, pomegranates or strawberries when we have watermelon, agbalumo, banana or ube pear etc?
3. Discipline your taste buds by staying away from processed foods like buns, egg roll, meat pie, burger, donut etc. Except you are the one that made it and you limit the excessive use of sugar, aspartame and synthetic & unpalatable additives.
4. Introduce some amount or quantity of 100% natural food once per day or eat one meal that is 100% natural. Example is eat salad whether fruit or vegetable.
Avoid mayonnaise or any processed salad dressing.
Rather use lime/lemon or avocado pear. Sprinkle with some nuts. Be creative!
5. (i) FAST one day a week.
(ii) Also fast first or last three days of the month.
(iii) Every quarter do a 7-10 days water fast.
Make this a routine or a lifestyle.
Eat nothing on these days while drinking only water to allow your digestive and internal organs a rest.
You could first begin with juice fasting if you are a newbie. Then try water fast only, subsequently.
Your body detoxifies itself and removes impurities & toxin druglessly. Your body is quite capable of healing itself without this dependence on drugs.
6. Reduce your amount of red meat as much as you are able. Also run away from sugar. Use juiced sugar cane, honey, dates, stevie or coconut as sweeteners. Stay off carbonated drinks.
7. Note that any food that has a BROWN alternative is better and should be opted as a choice. Example is brown rice, brown sugar or brown flour. They are still in their original forms as they have not been bleached.
8. You must LOVE drinking water. It is referred to as the water therapy. Hydrate!!!
9(a.) Do evening or morning walks. Or any form of exercise daily. A brisk 30 minutes walk will suffice.

Learn to be happy even if things are not working according to plans. Be happy at every day as it unveils or turn of events. Listen to that music and be happy. Create new goals! All things shall eventually work together for your good.
