It's yet another week. Get up, set goals, and take action.

Stop assuming that what will be will be. Even those things that are supposed to be sometimes do not "be" because of our inadequacy yet we claim that it is the will of God.

This week, do not procrastinate.
Do not drag your feet on that matter.
Do not rush in and rush out. Sit down to see the bigger picture.
And when things are not clear, sit still and look within.

There's a wisdom within you that can handle the matter, you just haven't looked.
There are answers laying dormant, you just haven't inquired.

Sometimes, things may not go as planned but keep seeing what you want.
Never make the mistake of dwelling on the negatives. Rather focus the energy on what you want and keep seeing it.

You are a creative being and all that you need to succeed is already inside you.

Work towards that dream and never give up. As long as you can think it, you can manifest it.

Life saving garri causes sight problems. Read till the end

You've probably heard that drinking garri can cause sight issues right?

Cassava contains a chemical called cyanide that can affect your eyes.

However, when garri is properly processed, it causes no threats as processing significantly decreases the amount of cyanide in cassava. The red oil in yellow garri also plays a role in reducing the amount of cyanide.

Furthermore, blindness or eye related issues due to cyanide in garri has not been an issue in recent times. Research shows that the last incidence was recorded in the 90s.

Thus, it's safe to say, drink your garri with full chest 😁😁 but note that too much of everything is bad. Garri contains simple sugar and can easily spike your blood glucose levels.
