6 Things You MUST Always do When You Wake Up

✅️1. Stretch Like You Mean It!

You just spent 6-8 hours (or 4 if you’re one of those “I don’t sleep” warriors) in one position. Your muscles are stiff, and your circulation is sluggish.

Stretching wakes up your body like a good cup of coffee.

If you can, throw in some light exercise like push-ups, jumping jacks, anything.

Your joints and back will appreciate it when you are ageing. Or just keep standing up from your bed like a retired wrestler. Your choice.

✅️2. Take Your Bath! Even If You’re Not Going Out

Some of you think that because you’re “working from home”, you can skip bathing. Big mistake.

Sweat, dead skin, and bacteria don’t care whether you have an appointment or not.

Skipping morning baths is why a lot of people have body infections they don’t even know about.

It’s also why some people smell like old furniture by afternoon.
Bathe. Your body deserves it.✍️

✅️3. Check for Morning Glory

Women have glory too...lol!
If you wake up and have no morning er****on for a long time, my guy, that’s a red flag. 🚩

Morning wood isn’t just about bragging rights. I’s a sign that your blood flow and testosterone levels are on point.

If it’s missing for weeks or months, don’t just assume it’s stress. It might be a serious health issue; hormonal imbalance, poor circulation, or something even worse.

✅️4. Drink Water Before Urinating & Before Brushing

Most people wake up and run straight to the toilet to urinate first. Wrong move.

Your body has been dehydrated for hours while you slept. Your urine is concentrated, and your kidneys are doing overnight cleanup duty.

If you urinate first without drinking water, you’re stressing your kidneys.
Instead, drink 1-2 cups of water first. Let your system dilute things a bit before sending out waste.

Also, don’t rush to brush your teeth before drinking water. Your mouth has enzymes and bacteria that are actually good for digestion. Flushing them with water before brushing helps kickstart your metabolism. Are we good?

✅️5. Go Outside for Fresh Air & Sunlight

You can’t be living like a vampire and expect to be healthy. Sunlight is your natural dose of Vitamin D, and fresh air wakes up your lungs.

People who stay indoors too much often deal with:

Even if it’s just standing on your balcony or backyard for 5 minutes, get some sunlight.

When people start making money, they start eating unhealthy thinking they are enjoying.

Don't use your money to kill yourself.

Go to a supermarket now, and check an average person trolley.

3 big loaves of bread, milky doughnuts, fruit juices, carbonated drinks, seed oils, biscuits, chocolate, etc.

These same people can easily afford sweet potatoes, beef, liver, eggs, green veggies, mix vegetables, coconut oil, etc.

But they are there buying diseases for themselves and their families.

Don't let this person be you. Refined foods, carbonated, and canned drinks are ɗanģerous to your health. It looks like living a good life when you eat them, but you're actually opening a door to sickness to yourself, and the long run result is life threateŋing

Prioritize your health and that of your family.

Some of you find it difficult to give up on what makes you sick.

You don't want to work on your diet because of your love for unhealthy food.

You don't want to fast because of your addiction to food.

You don't want to engage in exercise because you are lazy.

Prioritizing rest and sleep is a problem for you because you have a lot on your head, you want to make money, and you deprived yourself of quality sleep.

Only the living can make money.

You want a healthy life, but...
You smoke every time
You drink alcohol every time
You drink carbonated drinks every time
You eat sugar every time
You eat artificial food every time
You eat KFC every time
