• Baby is pressing on your stomach 🤰
• Food comes back up (acid)

👉 It feels like:
• Burning in your chest 🔥
• Bitter taste in your mouth 🤢
• Worse after eating

🚨 Take it SERIOUS if:

• Pain is very severe 😣
• You cannot eat at all ❌
• You are losing weight 😟
• You feel like something is stuck

👉 Please GO to the hospital 🏥

BUT burning pain is NOT normal ⚠️

• Infection in the urine (UTI) 🦠
• Not drinking enough water 💧
• Holding urine for too long 🚫

👉 Normal urination is:
• Frequent but NO pain 🙂

🚨 Take it SERIOUS if:

Life after a C-section isn’t always talked about enough. The silent struggles… the careful movements 🚶🏽‍♀️, the hidden pain 😣, the sleepless nights 😴, and still showing up for your baby 👶🏽 with so much love ❤️.

You are healing and nurturing at the same time — and that is powerful ✨.

👉 Normal back pain is:

• Mild to moderate 🙂
• Worse after stress or long day
• Gets better with rest

🚨 Take it SERIOUS if:

• Pain comes with cramps or tightening

It shows your baby is active and okay

👉 So when movement reduces…
You should PAY ATTENTION ⚠️

• Baby kicks, rolls, or moves daily 🤰
• Movement may be stronger at night 🌙
• You feel it more when you are resting

🚨 Take it VERY serious if:

• You don’t feel movement for many hours ❌
• Movement is much less than before 😟
• Baby suddenly becomes too quiet

👉 This is NOT something to ignore!
GO to the hospital immediately 🏥

🌿 What should you do first?

• Sit or lie down quietly 🛌

A cesarean section is not just a “different way to give birth” — it is major surgery 🏥💉. And life after it deserves patience, care, and compassion 💖.

In the first few weeks, your body is healing from layers of incision while you’re also adjusting to motherhood 🤱🏽. You may feel pain 😣, fatigue 😴, emotional ups and downs 😢😅, and even moments of doubt. That is normal. Healing is not a race 🕊️.

Simple things like getting out of bed 🛏️, laughing 😂, or carrying your baby 👶🏽 may feel different. Take it one day at a time 🗓️. Prioritize rest 💤, accept help 🤝, nourish your body 🥗🍲, and care for your wound 🩹. Most importantly, be kind to yourself 💕 — your strength brought life into this world 🌍✨.

To every cesarean mom: you are strong 💪🏽, you are resilient 🌸, and your birth story is valid 💯💖.

💡 YES, small swelling can be normal
But sometimes, it can be a warning ⚠️

• Your body is holding more fluid 💧
• Baby is putting pressure on your veins 👶🏽
• Standing or sitting too long 🚶🏽‍♀️

👉 Normal swelling is:
• Mild 🙂
• Mostly in legs and feet
• Worse in the evening

🚨 Take it SERIOUS if:
• Swelling is sudden ⚠️
• Face or hands are swollen 😟
• You have headache or blurry vision 🤕
• Swelling is very painful

👉 This could be dangerous — GO to the hospital 🏥

🌿 What should you do?
• Raise your legs when resting 🛌
• Avoid standing too long ❌
• Wear comfortable shoes 👟

• Sleep on your side (left side is best)

💡 This is VERY common in pregnancy
It is called morning sickness 🌸
(It can happen anytime, not just morning!)

• Pregnancy hormones 🤰
• Strong smell sensitivity 👃
• Empty stomach

👉 This is usually:

• Normal in early pregnancy
• Comes and goes
• Gets better after some weeks

🚨 BUT take it SERIOUS if:

• You can’t keep any food or water down ❌
• You are vomiting too much 🤮
• You feel very weak or dizzy 😵
• You are losing weight

👉 If this happens — GO to the hospital 🏥

🌿 What should you do?

• Body is stretching (ligaments) 🤸🏽‍♀️
• Gas or constipation 💨
• Baby position

👉 This kind of pain is usually:

• Mild 😊
• Comes and goes
• Not too strong

🚨 BUT take it SERIOUS if:

• Pain is very strong 😣
• Pain is constant (not stopping)
• You see blood 🩸
• You feel fever or weakness 🤒
• Pain is on one side only

👉 If this happens — GO to the hospital fast! 🏥
