On the 6th of May, 2025, LEAD Community Foundation was privileged to serve as a judge at the Inter-Platoon Mental Health Competition organized by NYSC Ondo State, in partnership with Heart to Care, Home to Care, for the 2025 Batch A Stream 1 Orientation Course Program.

Representing LEAD at the judges’ table was our Zonal Director Blessed Eseigbe, who brought both insight and passion to the evaluation process.

The theme, “Mental Health Awareness Amongst Youth,” couldn't be more timely. We applaud every platoon for raising their voices and shining a light on issues that truly matter.

Together, we are building a generation that speaks up, supports one another, and breaks the stigma.

LEAD Edo State team visited Edo Medical Center to shine a light on Maternal Mental Health.

Maternal mental health isn’t just about the mother, it’s about the whole family. At LEAD Edo, we believe that when mothers are supported emotionally, fathers are empowered, and families grow stronger.

The outreach opened up real conversations on the struggles parents face and how love, support, and awareness can make all the difference.

Together, we’re building homes where mental health matters.
