The status of one's health lies particularly in one's hands and that is the reasons why i am going to explain comprehensively these major symptoms that gives alerts you are in danger of a serious and life threatening ailment, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE.
Watch out for the following symptoms and attributes for high blood pressure if you are the type that always go for BP test and you are told you don't have a BP or you are told your BP is normal whereas it's not.
1.EMPTINESS IN THE HEAD:most people feel a kind of void vacuum in the head for a little moment and then regains their normalcy back within a very short time,but this kept on repeating itself for so many times in an OFF and ON manner. If this happens or is happening to you BEWARE YOU HAVE HYPERTENSION.

2.ITCHES OR HOTNESS UNDER THE FEETS AND IN THE PALMS:so many people had been complaining of these two symptoms and yet claims they don't have HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE but it's very obvious they have. They will tell me they've done their BP test several times and the results shows they are not having BP but I keep on telling them that to feel the symptoms in your body is far more better than going for the test. Moreso,if you are putting on a shoe or barefooted and you are feeling as if you'd stepped on something like mud or other marchy substance but when you look underneath your legs you will find nothing and your foot or feet will be as clean as a distilled water,it's also one of the symptoms of high BP.

3.PALSY IN SOME PARTS OF THE BODY: lost of control or feeling in part or most of the body especially when the limbs(arm,hands or legs) shakes without control often happens to many people who doesn't take it serious. This is always attributed to numbness and Jaw palsy around the head,cheek,jaws and the two lips which makes the person feels as if something is dragging or forcing the mouth to bend to one side or the other.

All the above symptoms are common but unknown to people as an alarming signals of STROKE PARALYSIS.

Please be mindful of your health status most especially those ailment that can cause paralysis (STROKE).
There are different symptoms you can have or feel within your body that tells you stroke paralysis is knocking at the door, these symptoms will tell you if you're having HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE (Hypertension) or HIGH SUGAR LEVEL (Diabetes).
Even if you are the type that go for BP check or test and they tell you that your BP is normal but health-wise it is not watch out in my next post as i will be revealing secrets for all these symptoms soon.

High blood pressure is a life threatening ailment that one needs to be at high alert for.
You might have had an experience of going for a BP test to check your present blood pressure and you are told that your blood pressure is normal and you are happy but on the contrary it's abnormal.

Please be mindful of your health to keep you in a good state of mind knowing fully well that health is wealth. If you know you have a high blood sugar or pressure always ensure you keep and do a close monitoring habits to manage them. People believe there's no cure to these ailments but there is only if you are so lucky to see a very experienced expert Doctor be it orthodox or traditional but my advice is that you go more herbal nowadays if you want a lasting solution to these two sicknesses. Remember, when the two are not well monitored and got to their peak levels the resultant level leads to STROKE. May God sustain us all. Amen.
