I have worked at this for slightly over two years from weighing 40kg (severely underweight) for an adult to 63kg. What started as trying to get to 60kg is now hitting 65kg.
As someone who is skinny you are asked all the time..
Why are you working out?
You look fine..
You should be glad you are thin!
Wait till you are married..
Wait till you havee children..
I dont want to wait, i want to be healthy 😮💨
Being slim is not bad but medically unhealthy is definitely bad. Your body is not given the opportunity to fight back. You are seated at doctors appointment and told you are dehydrated, you need this, you need that.. your parent in panic..
but you genuinely do not feel the need to eat regularly and can survive on a bar of chocolate a day. Sometimes you forget to eat as well.
The body is to be taken care of and no one would do it tor you plus I am extremely proud of how far.
The consistency..
with how life is running the ability to be consistent while juggling every other thing makes me pat myself on the back.
I have also been able to drag a lot of people to join me on my crazy work out journey. The fact that others see the need to do the same, makes it soo worthwhile.
Regardless of whatever your goal is either to lose weight or to gain weight, it is HARD!!! Do not downplay another person’s journey.. but choose your HARD..
Therefore, if you see me dancing in the gym know that this is someone who has come a long way from 5am workouts to 1am to 3pm to 12am and know what is like to not find eating so much fun..
Plus I did not do this alone.. shout out to all this who have helped one way or the other and screaming at me to eat food 😂
I am off to find another crazy hobby
THIS IS NOT AN ASPIRE TO PERSPIRE POST BUT ME GIVING MYSELF MY FLOWERS!!!!!!!! 💐
