3 MONTHS DRUG CHALLENGE

A 3 Month Drug Challenge is a scheme where we learn a particular drug/class of drug each week.

Aim:
To improve on self and be a moving drug encyclopedia before the end of 3 months.

Objectives: To have an in-depth knowledge about:
• Drug/Therapeutic Class
• Mode of Action
• Indication(s)/Conditions
• Dosage Regimen
• Contraindications/Precautions
• Side Effects/Adverse Effects.

Hidden Agenda:
With the burden of increasing drug abuse and Misuse of drugs amidst young and elderly people, and the inappropriate dosing pattern amongst health care practitioners, it's pertinent that requisite facts (positives and negatives) are made known so as to help curb this abuse and misuse and inappropriate dosing pattern.

This will enable us to build a sane society and bring drugs enlightenment to the masses.
