Happy New Week, Family!
A brand-new week is here, and with it comes with a fresh opportunity to make better choices for our bodies, our health, and our future. 🙏🏽
Even the Scripture recognizes how important our bodies are that it says in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 "that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.” What a powerful reminder that the way we eat, move, and care for ourselves is also an act of worship. 💚
This week, let’s choose life-giving foods.
Let’s fill our plates with goodness that heals, restores, and energizes us.
Remember —we are what we eat,and every bite we take is either fighting for us or against us.
🌸 Be intentional.
🌸 Stay consistent.
🌸 And when you feel weak, remember that grace is always available to help you keep going.
Wellness is a journey, not a one-time event. And as long as you are still breathing, it’s never too late to begin again. 💪🏽
Here’s to a week of strength, discipline, joy, and divine health especially to our weight loss challengers who are in their week 3.
