Recipe alert:

Meal:

Cauliflower pizza and Avocado pudding .

Ingredients:

Cauliflower, 1egg,cheese, 1/4tsp thyme,basil leaf,1/2slice tomato, 1/8slice onion of a very small sized onion, black pepper,salt,chicken stock.
Preparation:

Put cauliflower in a food processor, blend without water until its snow-like.then transfer to a bowl,cover d bowl with a nylon n make some openings on d nylon with fork.microwave for 4 mins.transfer into a cheesecloth to squeeze out water,when all d water is removed, pour back to a bowl.add d egg checking d consistency, u mustn't finish d egg depending on d size of cauliflower used.add thyme,cheese,salt to taste, enough pepper n mix.greeze ur pan if u don't have a translucent paper to cover d pan,knead d mix to be flat n bake.prepare ur sauce with d onion, tomato, salt,pepper, little chicken stock n spread on d pizza.sprinkle basil leaf on top n enjoy.

December is here already, and honestly, it’s a blessing to be alive, strong and healthy.

This year has shown us plenty challenges, small wins, big wins, lessons, and growth. Through it all, God kept us, strengthened us, and provided for us in ways we didn’t even expect.

As we enter this last month, let’s pause and be thankful…

Thankful for good health, for grace that carried us, and for the strength to keep pushing even when things felt tough.

Thankful for the journey so far because surviving is not a small thing.

But more importantly, December reminds us of one thing: hope.

Hope that the year can still end beautifully.
Hope that your health can improve.
Hope that your body can feel lighter and stronger.
Hope that your goals can still come to pass.
Hope that God who started with us will finish with us.

So, my people, enter this month with joy in your heart.

December will favour you.

Making your own salad dressing.

It gets boring sometimes using mayo to dress salad. For a change, some tend to just dress their salads with almond oil,avocado oil or olive oil . Do you know you can make your own salad dressing for a more beautiful experience?

Are you considering making your own salad dressing? It's so much healthier and offers you a change as I said earlier when you are do not want to use your mayo .It's good for those who are skeptical about shelf mayo too.

What you would need
---Almond oil/avocado oil
---1/4 cup apple cider(4tbspn)
---half fresh lemon juiced
---1 stevia sweetener
---I teaspoon garlic powder
---Pinch of salt and black pepper.

I prefer using Avocado oil or almond oil here but Olive oil works too just that the flavour is over powering most times and most people don't like that. You will do yourself so much good if you make this and use on your salads. Also grind your seeds- Flaxseeds, H**p seeds or Chia seeds and sprinkle on your meals to make it complete.
