Happy New Week, Family!

A brand-new week is here, and with it comes with a fresh opportunity to make better choices for our bodies, our health, and our future. 🙏🏽

Even the Scripture recognizes how important our bodies are that it says in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 "that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit.” What a powerful reminder that the way we eat, move, and care for ourselves is also an act of worship. 💚

This week, let’s choose life-giving foods.

Let’s fill our plates with goodness that heals, restores, and energizes us.

Remember —we are what we eat,and every bite we take is either fighting for us or against us.

🌸 Be intentional.
🌸 Stay consistent.
🌸 And when you feel weak, remember that grace is always available to help you keep going.

Wellness is a journey, not a one-time event. And as long as you are still breathing, it’s never too late to begin again. 💪🏽

You can handle your high blood pressure (HBP) naturally....this is indeed healing.....

It's a new week and I want to start the week sharing good news.

The good news is this, if you are eating healthy and still battling high blood pressure, we can gladly assure you that Hibiscus leaves( Zobo) will be a game changer for you.

As you know , our August 35 days wellness/ weightloss challenge started on Monday and we introduced a recipe we created from Zobo leaves to them. To either start the day with it or end the day with it.

Testimonies so far from campers who are hypertensive are awesome. This is one of the reasons joining bootcamps is non -negotiable. The token paid is nothing compared to the values you get. Well, i thought to share here for those struggling with controlling their blood pressure.

Our August weightloss challenge started on Monday and it's day 4 of 35 already. Congratulations to all those who took advantage of the opportunity, we hope they improve their health by healthy way of eating. Weightloss is the icing on the cake and everyone who joined is expected to lose atleast 8kg if faithful. General wellness and healing are the ultimate goals.

Water therapy is what we encourage everyone to do on the challenge and i wish to write about it here so that anyone who is in this group can take advantage of Water therapy:

This is the best treatment for most common ailments and I want us to incorporate this , on this camp.

Who do we achieve this?

--First thing in the morning, take a full 750ml water ,that's about 2-3cups of water .

--Take your morning tonic ( i will share one on the comment section). Then, take another cup of water . It means in the morning , you must have done 4cups of water . This should happen early in the morning so that your breakfast can come 45mins -1hr after. If it can be up to 2 hours later, that's best.

--For the rest of the day, ensure to drink at least 3 more 750ml water. Minimum daily is 3litres.

--Another way to enjoy your water is drinking lemon/cucumber/mint/ginger infused water. We call it flat tummy water. Helps your body PH level and enables us to enjoy your water .

---Drinking more water means urinating more. Endeavour to take your supplements while on Keto, and sea salt in water to replenish your sodium , this will help you fight headaches.
