Starting your day, daily on a good note is a key factor to having a good day and a banging system.

The first thing you should do once you wake up in the morning is to take water. YES ( Ofcourse after thanking God for a brand new day). The body about 60% water and refueling the body with water, first thing in the morning is a way to go.

Before or after the water, there is a need for a morning tonic .
