My morning brew, sometimes I use the herbs directly 😉

So I did mention I love to use ginger to spice in my tea and also cooking. Here's how I prepare and store for easy usage....

* Blend your ginger

* Pour into ice cube tray and freeze

* Keep in a ziploc bag and leave in the freezer.
Voila! You have your gince cubes ready for your teas and cooking when needed.

I do alot of mix and match but my go-to is ginger. Yup! I love me some ginger in my tea and food generally.
