🌿For My TTC Mothers that have 32-day menstrual cycle

Let’s break down your fertile days to achieve pregnancy 🤰🏽✨

First, understand this:
Ovulation usually happens 14 days before your next period.

For a 32-day cycle:
32 – 14 = Day 18
That means you’re most likely to ovulate around Cycle Day 18.

🌸 Your Fertile Window
S***m can live inside the body for up to 5 days, and the egg lives for about 24 hours.
So your fertile window is:

👉 Day 13 to Day 19

👉 Peak fertility: Day 16, 17, and 18
💕 TTC In*******se Plan
To increase your chances:
✔️ Have in*******se on Day 13
✔️ Day 15
✔️ Day 16
✔️ Day 17
✔️ Day 18 (Ovulation Day)
✔️ Day 19 (optional but helpful)
OR
Have in*******se every other day from Day 14 to Day 20 to reduce stress and keep s***m healthy.

Cervical mucus may begin to increase

🌿 You can start having In*******se: Every 2–3 days to maintain s***m availability

🌸 Fertile Window (Days 12–17)

(Highest probability of achieving pregnancy)

TTC Recommendation

Day 12. : have in*******se

Day 13 : Rest/ optional

Day 14 : have in*******se

Day 15. : have in*******se

Day 16 : likely ovulation day, : have in*******se

Day 17 : final fertile opportunity, still have in*******se

When Should TTC Couples Do Fertility Tests?
Not every couple needs tests immediately.

Generally:
If you’re under 35 and have tried for 12 months
If you’re 35 and above and have tried for 6 months
If there are irregular cycles, painful periods, miscarriages, or known medical issues
Then tests are helpful.

Testing is not a sign of failure—it’s a tool that can help you prevent some issues.

One test result does not define your future
Results can improve with treatment and lifestyle changes

Don’t compare your journey to others
Testing gives information, not judgment.

🌿How Often Should Couples implement When Trying to Conceive?

Good morning , good afternoon good day to you according to your time, and welcome to a new week 💛

If you’re trying to conceive, I pray this week brings clarity, peace, and good news.

Today’s topic is one I get asked a lot:

How often should couples meet with their spouses when trying to conceive?
Too much? Too little? Every day?
Let’s clear the confusion.

🌿1: Know your fertile window

Pregnancy happens only during a specific time called the fertile window.

This includes:
The 5 days before ovulation
And the day of ovulation
S***m can live inside the female body for up to 5 days,
but the egg survives for only 12–24 hours after ovulation.

🌿 So timing matters.

2: Ideal Frequency for TTC
For most couples: 👉 implementing every 1–2 days during the fertile window gives the best chance.
This means:
Not too much pressure
Not waiting too long
Daily implementation is okay for some couples,
but every other day often works just as well and reduces stress.

3: Avoiding TTC Pressure
Trying too hard can increase stress, which affects hormones and intimacy.

Remember:
TTC should not feel like a chore
Emotional connection matters
Rest days are okay
Fertility works best in a relaxed environment.
