I am Vitalis Vurey the founder of Vitality Cleaning Services a subsidiary of Vitality Investments Limited. I am passionate about creating sparkling clean spaces, maintaining clean environments, and seeing people wear beautiful, elegant and clean dresses. Personally, I love being in beautiful spaces and returning to a serene, clean home after work. However, the challenge was that I was too lazy to do the cleaning myself, and I had little to no time to handle these domestic chores. Hence, I decided to hire local boys from my neighborhood for cleaning services and to take my clothes to unprofessional laundry centers. However, I encountered issues with both. After the boys cleaned my apartment, I frequently noticed items missing. Similarly, with the laundry services, I often experienced missing clothes and poor service quality.
After carefully considering these issues and hearing similar concerns from my friends and colleagues, as well as conducting an online survey and in-depth research, I concluded that these problems are widespread. Hence the decision to birth a professional reliable, high-quality services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and trust.
The Birth of Vivalyn Cleaners
I founded Vivalyn Cleaners in 2016, initially focusing on laundry and dry-cleaning services. From our surveys, we achieved a 95% customer satisfaction rate and a 99% customer retention rate. We handled our clients' fabrics with the utmost care and professionalism, and no client has ever complained about the quality of our services. Our commitment to delivering impeccably cleaned garments and providing timely, efficient pick-up and delivery services set us apart.
Building on the success of our laundry services and responding to numerous requests from existing customers, we expanded in 2018 to become a full-service cleaning company, offering a range of comprehensive cleaning solutions which include the following

In 2023, I co-founded Vitality Investments Limited, which subsequently acquired Vivalyn Cleaners. The company was renamed Vitality Cleaning Services.
