Hellooooo👌

As you are busy celebrating Easter hope you didn't forget about your bone health.

Being the smart mum that I am ,I ensure that my family and i make a daily deposit into our bone bank by talking this product.

l do not want any hu hu hu in my later years.

You see I want to play with my grand kids and be as fit as a fiddle when I go for omugwo,
be an added value mum and mum in law

For crying out loud I can't do all these if I am riddle with crooked fingers and stiff waist and knees.

You see,how well I take care of my bones today goes a long way in telling how I end up in my later age and how the above expectations play out in my life.

I hope all women will see the wisdom in starting early to nourish and take better care of the bone now for a better tommorow.

Arthritis pain and stiffness set in when the cartilage — the rubbery cushion in the joints that absorbs shock for the bones and allows them to glide smoothly when we move — wears away. When there isn’t enough cartilage left in the joint to protect the bones from damaging each other, we feel it.
