You say “I’m okay.”
But your body is quietly saying something else.

Stress doesn’t always show up as panic or breakdowns.
Sometimes, it hides in plain sight… 👇

✨ You feel tired even after sleeping
✨ You get headaches often

You call it “just a headache.”
You take painkillers. You move on.

You’re drinking water.
Bottle after bottle.
Yet your lips are still dry…
Your head feels heavy…
You’re tired for no clear reason.
